- Major and minor community care facilities, education (commercial schools among it), emergency services, minor health services, offices, non-accessory parking, indoor recreation, a restaurant, business support, financial, funeral, household repair, massage therapy, personal and pet grooming and day care services; a residential security/operator unit (ss. 11.7.2, 11.7.3)
- Smallest lot for a subdivision
- 500 m², 15.0 m wide (s. 11.7.4)

- Front, sides and rear 0.0 m; sides and rear 3.0 m next to a residential (RS, RT, RM) or Z7 zone (s. 11.7.5)
The zone is for vehicle-oriented service and office uses (s. 11.7.1).
One office or financial service tenancy is at most 280 m² of leasable floor area, and all of them together at most 1,400 m² a site (s. 11.7.6).
Nothing is used outdoors except a restaurant, parking and loading, with outdoor storage screened; restaurant patios hold at most 40 people (s. 11.7.6).
Short-term rental of a home isn't a listed use; ask the City.
