What the zone allows

- No house: one residential security/operator unit, a home for a caretaker, operator or security staff, as a secondary use, inside a main building or in a house or manufactured home that serves a campground (ss. 11.5.3, 11.5.7; definition in s. 2.3)
- Main uses
- A campground (tents and recreational vehicles, not lived in year round), hotels and motels, restaurants, non-accessory parking, a minor service station, minor vehicle rental and washes; with a hotel or motel only, an exhibition and convention facility, a minor liquor primary establishment, offices, business support, personal, massage and pet grooming and day care services, a convenience store and indoor and outdoor recreation; a residential security/operator unit (ss. 11.5.2 to 11.5.4)

The zone is for uses that serve visitors and travellers (s. 11.5.1).
One office, shop or service tenancy is at most 100 m², and all of them together at most 400 m² a site (s. 11.5.7).
Nothing is used outdoors except a campground, restaurants, a liquor primary establishment, service stations, vehicle rental, parking and loading, with outdoor storage screened; restaurant patios hold at most 40 people, pub patios 20 (s. 11.5.7).
Short-term rental of a home isn't a listed use; hotels, motels and a campground are. Ask the City before renting a home here by the night.
Sections 4 (general rules), 5 (specific uses), 6 (landscaping and screening), 7 (parking and loading) and 8 (development permit guidelines) also apply. Uses the bylaw doesn't list aren't allowed (s. 1.6.7).
