Buying a home, a cottage or a piece of rural land in British Columbia means digging through a dozen government maps: zoning, the Agricultural Land Reserve, floodplains, fire history, wells, roads, mineral claims. Most buyers find out about the expensive ones too late. PlaceDossier joins those records for one address and says plainly what they mean, with the source and date of each fact.

We don't invent scores. Where something is our estimate, it says so; where the records are unclear, it says that too.
