4.5 m from a side lot line next to a residential (R) zone; none other set in the zone

Floor area ratio 3.5: the floor space of all buildings can be up to 3.5 times the lot's area.

Parking: 0.75 spaces per hotel or ski lodge unit, 1.5 per apartment, and 1 per 30 m² of commercial floor plus 1 per 45 seats in restaurants and bars; a ski area 1 per 3 skiers of lift capacity, less the parking of lodging within 380 m of a lift.

Outdoor storage is screened by a solid board fence or evergreen hedge at least 2 m tall on every side not facing a building on the lot (s. 1.14(4)).
