Smallest lot for a subdivision
1,670 m² on on-site water and sewage disposal, 1,390 m² with community water or sewer, 555 m² with both; gas stations 1,000 m² (s. 2.2)
Height limit
Main building 12 m or 3 storeys, accessory buildings 5 m or 1 storey (whichever is less in each case)
Setbacks
Front 4.5 m; rear and sides 4.5 m (6 m beside a road or next to a residential, small holdings, resort or P-1 zone); gas pumps and above-ground tanks 10 m from the front

The business runs inside a fully enclosed building, apart from parking, loading and driveways, storage yards and display areas.

Outdoor storage is screened by a solid board fence or evergreen hedge at least 2 m tall on every side not facing a building on the lot (s. 1.14(4)).
