One pension building, at most 740 m² of floor or a floor area ratio of 0.35, whichever is less. Guest rooms: 5 on a 925 m² lot, 7 on 926 to 1,000 m², 8 on more than 1,000 m²; each 9.5 to 95 m², with only a microwave and a coffee maker for cooking, and 2.5 m² of indoor amenity space per room. Food service up to 8 seats per guest room.

Accessory buildings are at most 185 m² in all.

Outdoor storage is screened by a solid board fence or evergreen hedge at least 2 m tall on every side not facing a building on the lot (s. 1.14(4)).

Site-specific exceptions listed in the bylaw by legal description can add or change uses for one property, and development permit areas, the ALR and building rules apply on top. Confirm with the RDEK's planning department before you buy or build.
