- No house: one home or mobile home per lot for the owner, manager or caretaker and their family, accessory to the commercial use (ss. 603.1, 603.3)
- Main uses
- Highway commercial uses (sales, rental or servicing of vehicles, trailers, RVs, mobile homes, boats and farm or industrial machinery; lumber and building supply yards, nurseries and garden centres, hotels; s. 102), home improvement centres, furniture and appliance stores, auto parts and computer stores, feed, fertilizer and pet supply sales, convenience stores of up to 450 m², bakeries, dry cleaners, personal services, restaurants, funeral homes (no crematoria), assembly uses, commercial recreation (no arcades, pool halls or casinos), gas bars and service stations, vehicle servicing and repair shops, appliance repair, taxi and delivery offices, transit depots, veterinary clinics, video stores, wholesale distribution, seasonal farm produce sales, a container return centre of up to 280 m²; a caretaker's home and accessory uses (s. 603.1)

Business is carried on inside a building, except parking, loading, display, commercial recreation, eating areas and seasonal uses (s. 603.2).
Parking and loading by use (s. 107); landscaping, screens and fencing (s. 111).
Short-term rental isn't a listed use in this zone; ask the Township before renting a home by the night.
Uses the zone doesn't list aren't allowed, even where a general clause might seem to cover them (s. 101.4).
