One house (a secondary suite is allowed inside it), or one duplex, or one manufactured home

700 m² with community water and sewer (1,400 m² for a duplex); 2,000 m² with water only (4,000 m² for a duplex); 8,000 m² with neither (4,000 m² with an engineer's report)

Front 6 m, sides 2.4 m (4.5 m beside a road), rear 6 m (2.4 m for an accessory building)

Accessory buildings together up to 65 m², or 1 m² per 25 m² of lot up to 140 m² on lots of 1,800 m² or more (s. 15.6). Backyard hens and bees are allowed under s. 3.25-3.26.
