What the zone allows
- Homes allowed
- One dry cabin (seasonal, off-grid, up to 100 m² and at most 6 months a year), or: one house (a secondary suite is allowed inside it), or one duplex, or one manufactured home
- Main uses
- Seasonal cabin or home in places with little or no road access
- Smallest lot for a subdivision
- 2 ha
- Setbacks
- Front 6 m, sides 2.4 m, rear 6 m (2.4 m for an accessory building)
Accessory buildings together up to 65 m² (s. 14b.4).
