What the zone allows

Homes allowed
One house (a secondary suite is allowed inside it), or one duplex, or one manufactured home
Main uses
Lake-oriented home; shared recreation facilities, home business, bed and breakfast
Smallest lot for a subdivision
4,000 m² for a house with community sewer or an engineered septic system (8,000 m² for a duplex); 1 ha with no community water or sewer

Home 12 m, accessory buildings 6 m
Setbacks
Front 6 m, sides 2.4 m (4.5 m beside a road), rear 6 m (2.4 m for an accessory building)

Accessory buildings together up to 65 m², or 1 m² per 25 m² of lot up to 140 m² on lots of 1,800 m² or more (s. 11.6).
