- Smallest lot for a subdivision
- 1 ha (down to 4,000 m² with an engineer's servicing report and a covenant)
- Lot coverage
- 35% (50% with community water and sewer)
- Height limit
- 15 m; accessory buildings 9 m
- Setbacks
- Front 6 m, sides 2.4 m (4.5 m beside a road), rear 6 m
Inside the ALR, the Agricultural Land Commission's rules come first and can rule out uses this zone lists.
