What the zone allows

Homes allowed

A manufactured home park, under the City's Mobile Homes and Trailer Regulation and Control By-law, and one house for the park's manager (s. B). Each home space at least 225 m² and 12 m wide; at most 22 homes per hectare when subdivided (s. D)

Main uses

A manufactured home park and one house for its manager; the zone lists no secondary suites, short-term rental or other uses

Smallest lot for a subdivision

2 ha, 50 m wide, 50 m deep; a bare land strata lot in a park 225 m², 12 m wide, 15 m deep (s. C)

Lot coverage

5% for the manager's house and an indoor amenity building; the zone sets none for the homes on their spaces (s. E)

Height limit

Manufactured homes 4.5 m; the manager's house 9 m; accessory buildings and structures 4 m (s. G)

Setbacks

7.5 m from every lot line of the park, 3 m beside another RM-M park; a home on a bare land strata lot inside the park is placed by the park's own layout (s. F). No parking in the setbacks (s. H)

The zone is for manufactured home parks (s. A). A lot here is usually a park's whole site or a bare land strata lot in one; whether a home space may be rented or sold is the park's and the strata's business: read its rules and bylaws.

The developed park outside buildings, roads, parking and home spaces is landscaped, mature trees kept (s. I).
