Marinas, boat launches, docks, permanent moorage for tour boats (no live-aboards), recreational water activities; temporary moorage, restaurants, pubs and shops (each at most 235 m²) as secondary uses

10 m and 2 storeys (s. 14.14)

Marinas, marine fuel and commercial boat launches provide holding-tank pump-out and public washrooms (s. 9.5).

Docks (s. 9.5): owned by the upland owner or Crown-lease holder and licensed by the Province; ramps 1.5 m wide and other surfaces 3 m; an L or T no longer than 10 m or half the frontage; 5 m from the side lot lines carried onto the foreshore (6 m beside a beach access or P3 park); no roofs, covered boat lifts or sheds; nothing beyond 42 m from the natural boundary; public passage along the foreshore kept open; no fences below the 343 m high-water mark (s. 7.5.7).
