- Airport, aircraft sales and rentals, general industry, warehousing and commercial storage, outdoor storage, bulk fuel, car and equipment sales and service, fleet services, hotels and motels, offices, professional services, education, exhibition and convention, shops (liquor stores at most 186 m²), minor animal clinics, a gas bar with alternative fuel, non-accessory parking; restaurants, pubs and child care as secondary uses
- Smallest lot for a subdivision
- 1,000 m², 30 m wide, 30 m deep (s. 15.2.4)
- Lot coverage
- 60% for buildings; 85% for buildings, structures and hard surfaces; neither applies to airport uses (s. 15.2.5)
- Height limit
- Airport uses: no zoning limit, subject to federal and provincial airport rules; other uses 9 m or 2 storeys, or 12 m or 3 storeys where coverage including driveways and parking is at most 50%; 0.65 FAR, not for airport uses (s. 15.2.5)
- Setbacks
- Front and flanking 3 m; sides 4.5 m; rear 3 m (s. 15.2.5)
