The Entiako Lake wildfire started on August 20, 2012, caused by lightning. It was declared out on October 29, 2012. Its mapped perimeter covers 7,459 ha: the 4th-largest of 2012's 18 large fires, and the 233rd-largest in BC since 1990. All of it was in Bulkley-Nechako, Electoral Area E.
