No homes; one recreation lodge and up to six recreation cottages for short stays by owners in the development and their guests

Front 7.5 m, rear 6 m, sides 1.5 m (4.5 m beside a road)

The lodge is at most 500 m² of floor in all, even as a group of buildings; each cottage at most 90 m².

Added by Bylaw No. 3426 in April 2026. The section's opening line reads "within the WP-1 zone", a slip for REC-1.

No vehicle wrecking or repair, and no derelict vehicles.

Every zone also allows public utilities, parks, roads and conservation areas (s. 4.03).

Site-specific exceptions listed in the bylaw by legal description can add or change uses for one property, and development permit areas, the ALR and building rules apply on top. Confirm with the RDEK's planning department before you buy or build.
