What the zone allows

- Apartments, duplexes or one house; apartments and duplexes up to 25 units per hectare
- Main uses
- Housing; home business inside a house or its accessory building
- Smallest lot for a subdivision
- 700 m² for a house, 1,000 m² for a duplex, 1,400 m² for apartments (new lots need community water and sewer)

- 50%
- Height limit
- Main buildings 11.5 m, accessory buildings 8.5 m
- Setbacks
- Front 5 m, side on a road 4.5 m, other sides 2 m, rear 5 m
Accessory buildings: up to 45 m² on lots of 1,400 m² or less, 60 m² on bigger lots.
Vacation rental isn't a listed use in this zone: ask the CSRD before renting short term.
