Main uses

Navigation, park, passive recreation, grazing when dry, log dump, public utility; for each adjacent waterfront lot, one dock (up to 24 m², 3 m wide), one mooring buoy, boat lifts and one swimming platform (up to 10 m²)

Setbacks

5 m from the waterfront lot's side lines extended over the water, 6 m from a park; buoys 20 m from other structures and 50 m from a boat launch or marina

Site-specific exceptions listed in the bylaw by legal description can add or change uses for one property, and development permit areas, the ALR and building rules apply on top. Confirm with the CSRD's planning department before you buy or build.
