- Main uses
- One floating or fixed dock (up to 33.45 m², 3.05 m wide) per adjacent waterfront lot, and one mooring buoy per adjacent waterfront or semi-waterfront lot
- Setbacks
- 5 m from the waterfront lot's side lines extended over the water, 6 m from a park; buoys 20 m from other structures and 50 m from a boat launch
