One house in Area 1 and one caretaker's dwelling in Area 3; Area 2's table also allows one dwelling, though none is a listed use there, so that is unclear: ask the CSRD

Area 1: house and home business; Area 2: resort residential spaces (an RV or park model for temporary or seasonal stays) and off-site marina parking; Area 3: boat, personal watercraft, ATV and snowmobile sales, rental and repair, office, retail store

Area 2 holds up to 80 resort residential spaces with community water and sewer, 6 per hectare otherwise.

The bylaw's map divides the zone into three development areas; ask the CSRD which part of a lot falls in which.

Floodplain (ss. 3.4 to 3.6): no buildings within 15 m of Shuswap Lake's mean annual high water mark (348.3 m), 30 m of Ross Creek, 20 m of Onyx Creek or 15 m of other water; floors used for living or for goods floodwater could damage sit above 351 m on the lake, 2 m above Onyx Creek and 1.5 m above other water. Garages, small additions, docks and accessory buildings with no living space are exempt from parts of this, and the CSRD asks for a surveyor's certificate.

Nothing closer than 4.5 m to a provincial highway right of way without a Ministry of Transportation permit (s. 3.2(l)).

Site-specific exceptions listed in the bylaw by legal description can add or change uses for one property, and development permit areas, the ALR and building rules apply on top. Confirm with the CSRD's planning department before you buy or build.
