- Industry, wholesale and warehouse distribution, research, lumber and building supply yards, offices, servicing, testing and repair of goods, food processing, household item, tool, appliance and small equipment rental and repair, a cable hub site, a bottle depot, cannabis production and a non-medical cannabis store; retail sales as part of a listed use, outdoor storage and an accessory home (s. 901.1)

Retail sales: no goods for sale displayed or stored outside a building, and a business's sales area at most 25% of the floor area it uses on the lot (s. 901.4).
Outdoor storage of salvage, scrap, junk or other material (not sand, gravel or earth) at most 2.5 m above the finished ground; a bottle depot collects and stores only inside a building or enclosed structure (ss. 901.3, 901.5).

Short-term rental (stays under 30 days) isn't among the zone's listed uses (s. 2 defines it apart from bed and breakfast); ask the District whether and how a home here may be rented that way.
