What the zone allows

Homes allowed: None
Main uses: Navigation, park, passive recreation; no buildings or covered structures

Every watercourse in the bylaw area is FW unless the map shows another foreshore zone (only on Gardom Lake). On Gardom Lake, land zones also reach 40 m into the lake unless the map shows otherwise (s. 3.27).

Site-specific exceptions listed in the bylaw by legal description can add or change uses for one property, and development permit areas, the ALR and building rules apply on top. Confirm with the CSRD's planning department before you buy or build.
